Our offices are located on the skyway level of the Medical Arts Building in Minneapolis, just one block from Target Headquarters. This enables us to have Target meetings in our office, get samples over to Target, and help Target with whatever they may need
Our team has driven sales and partnered with Menards for over 25 years. We understand what it takes to do business with the team there and continue to grow it.
Strategic Proximity:
Our dedicated office and customer service warehouse are located in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. This enables us to perform review setup, breakdown, sample deliveries and handline meetings very efficiently.

We have a team dedicated to driving independent retailer business all over the four-state region. Strategic proximity: we are surrounded by over 300 smaller to mid-size stores that we have direct access to through great relationships.

Through strong, long-standing relationships, we have direct access to over 300 small to mid-sized independent retailers. Our network includes kitchen gourmet, gift, home décor, hardware, grocery, record, and bookstore locations, allowing us to connect brands with the right retail partners and reach customers in thoughtfully curated environments.

Four Decades of Proven Excellence
1985 – The Foundation
The organization is formed in Minnetonka, MN, by Tony Chihak and Mike Jurewicz, establishing a rep group dedicated to growing year-over-year with vendors and retailers.
1997 – Maximum Sales is Born
Partners Tony Chihak and Tim Hahn officially form Maximum Sales. They focus the company on becoming the expert in the Midwest, with a strong emphasis on Target, Menards, and Kohl's.
2006 – Strategic Relocation
Maximum Sales moves its offices to the Medical Arts Building in Minneapolis, a stone's throw from Target Headquarters, to better serve the retailer.
2011 – Menards Expansion
To support our growing business with Menards, we open a new Customer Service warehouse in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
2014 – Onward and Upward
As the business continues to evolve, Maximum Sales expands its office space to support sales growth, system enhancements, and a growing team.
2020 – Resilience & Adaptation
Amidst global retail shifts, Maximum Sales leveraged its deep-rooted relationships to ensure supply chain continuity and sales stability, proving our role as a resilient partner during critical market disruptions.
2026 – A New Era of Leadership
Maximum Sales is entering an exciting new phase of growth under the leadership of Chris Jackson and Mark Tucker. With more than 50 years of combined retail expertise, they bring a forward thinking, data driven approach to driving the business. Their extensive experience is used to create strategic growth for both existing and new partners, including Target, Menards, and our independent account business.

With 25 years of experience at Target Corporation, Chris (CJ) brings deep expertise in merchandising, inventory management, and international sourcing. Her background spans domestics, decorative home, furniture, stationery, apparel, and footwear.
Mark Tucker
Co-Owner
Mark has more than 25 years of award-winning experience in retail merchandising, operations, and account management for Maximum Sales. His background as a National Account Manager for Lexmark International, Power Sentry, and Philips Consumer Electronics has equipped him with the expertise needed to successfully drive sales for major retailers such as Target and Menards.
Bernice Anderson
Sales Operations & Product Specialist
Bernice brings more than 25 years of experience at Maximum Sales, working in close partnership with the Target team to oversee critical front- and back-end logistics such as item maintenance, PO tracking, and database integrity.
Chani Anderson
Sales Operations & Product Specialist
Chani is a Target systems expert responsible for front- and back-end logistics, including item maintenance, PO tracking, and database integrity for both retailers and manufacturers. She works closely with sales and marketing to ensure all details are accurate and properly set up, maintained, and submitted in the appropriate systems.
Niki Bahl
Account Director
Niki is an Account Director who has been with Maximum Sales for over 15 years. As our resident expert on all things Target, she specializes in owned-brand products and works closely with designers and factory partners to deliver high-quality products at exceptional value. Niki also analyzes sales and business trends to drive additional growth through expert forecasting.
Heather Brockel
Senior Sales Manager
Heather manages the Maximum Sales Eau Claire office, working primarily with vendors doing business at Menards. She develops strategic plans for her vendors and facilitates the entire business review process, from setup through payment.

Tony brings over 40 years of sales representative experience and has earned numerous “Vendor of the Year” awards from Target. He is committed to conducting business with the highest levels of integrity and professionalism.

With more than 30 years of financial expertise, including two decades at Maximum Sales, Laura manages the company’s financial reporting, budgeting, and commission operations.
